We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return any product for a refund (to your original form of payment) within 10 days of receiving the order. All forms MUST be accompanied by our RMA Form. Products sent back to us without proper documetation will returned to you at your cost or charged a $5-$10 re-stocking fee if I have to decipher a 'mess' of scribbles. Please - USE THE FORM! If you purchase a lot, the entire lot must be returned. We do not refund shipping and handling fees. Return products should be shipped to: Wholesalegemshop, 290 Snuff Mill Road, Saunderstown, RI 02874. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving returned products; refunds are generally available to the buyer in 5-7 days after receiving returned product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In leau of the RMA form you may send back a copy of the invoice with the items being returned highlighed as long as you add up the total.
You may return any damaged or defective item at any time for equivalent replacement, unless damage is obviously malicious. Exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items only. Any item that was pre-packaged must be returned in the un-opened packaging. Earrings that have been removed from packaging are not returnable due to health concerns. Due the time it takes to re-stock large we may at our descretion charge a re-stocking fee of up to 5% of the total product value of the order. Items returned MUST be sent back in secure packaging; jewelry should be placed in small cardboard box and then in padded envelope. The original packaging is appropriate to re-use. Any item damaged during shipping back to us from faulty packaging will not be refunded. Any returns without the following information will not be proccessed.
Any items I receive back that smell like cigarette smoke (or any other offensive odor) will not be refunded. This is my discretion. If there is a smoker in your home you may not even notice the smell, but to everyone else it is usually pretty obvious. In such a case I would send the items back to you.
Orders/ Items returned which benefited from a free or discounted shipping fee will be refunded less the actual cost of postage in addition to the re-stocking fee.
Shipping and Handling - Domestic and International
All parcels are sent via the United States Postal Service. In rare cases we will ship with other carriers but requests must be made prior to placing an order. Current fees are as follows:

Shipping options are presented on the payment page. All rates assume shipping via the United States Postal Service which is our default ship method and are subject to change. The fees are all flat rate, regardless of the size of your order.
The above rates include insurance, we insure through a third party not the US Postal Service. International orders are not trackable or insured unless you pay for Express Service.
Buyer should be aware that every country has its own rules and regulations regarding importing. Please check with your customs agency if you have specific questions about duties, tarriffs, VAT, etc. Please note that we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays due to international shipping, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given.
Items from the "Extended Line" may be returned for store credit only; refund to the method of payment is not offered for these items because they are considered special-order.

Payment Types Accepted
We accept payment via paypal, credit card or check-money order. Payments can be made via phone as well. We cannot accept checks or money orders that originate outisde the United States. Orders are not shipped until payments clear. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
Use of Images
Our customers may use images of any item purchased on our website, as a resource to help sell the item(s). Images can be printed or used on websites as well as on auction sites such as ebay, yahoo, amazon or any other auction site. The images remain under copyright by the original photographer and customers do not have the right to re-sell the images or use them for any purpose other than that stated.
The information that we collect from you is used solely for the purpose of processing your order, and providing you with information about other products from our website.
